How To Get on the App for the First Time
Below is a two-minute video that shows you how to get on the Televero Health app for the first time using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge web browser on any computer, tablet or smartphone.
You can also install our mobile app by searching “Televero Health” on the Google Play Store for Android devices or Apple App Store for Apple devices.

During Your Appointment
For all appointments, please make sure you are logged in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Once you have logged in you will be taken to your dashboard where you will wait to receive a prompt from your provider to join the video session once they are ready to see you.
