How To Join Your First Appointment Session

15 minutes before your session your will receive a one-time secure link to your Televero Health session.

The link will be sent you through a text message and an email.

You can access your session from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge web browser on any computer, tablet or smartphone.

All you have to do is click on the link and your session will automatically open. Your therapist will then join your session at the scheduled start time.

You will not need a login or password to join your session.

During Your Appointment

For all appointments, please make sure you in the session once your receive the link – about 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Once you have joined your session, simply wait for your provider to join the video session once they are ready to see you.
