  • >> How and When Will I Get My Televero Health Login and Password

    You will receive your username and password in an email as soon as your first appointment is scheduled.

  • >> I Forgot My Password or I Want To Change It To A New One

    How to Retrieve or Reset Your Televero Health Password

    Step 1: On any computer, tablet or smartphone, open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and go to https://app.televerohealth.com

    Step 2: Click on “Forgot Password”

    Step 3: Enter your username and your email and click “Submit”

    You will then receive a temporary password in your email which you can use to login with your login.

    If you do not receive the email, be sure to check your junk mail, spam or clutter folder.

    When you login with the temporary password you will be prompted to create a new password that only you will know. It should be a combination of 8 letters, number and special characters like #$!@ to make sure it is strong and secure.

    How to Retrieve Your Televero Health Username

    Step 1: On any computer, tablet or smartphone, open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and go to https://app.televerohealth.com

    Step 2: Click on “Forgot Username”

    Step 3: Choose your “Service Provider” from the dropdown menu. Choose US Televero Health PA unless you are a patient of Laredo. Next enter your email address and your date of birth and click “Submit”

    You will then receive your username in your email address which you can use to login with your password.

    If you do not receive the email, be sure to check your junk mail, spam or clutter folder.

    If you do not remember your password you can reset it using the “Reset Password” feature above.

  • >> I Am Having Problems With the Apple or Android App

    Step 1: Please make sure you have updated to the latest version of the app in the Apple store or Google Play Store on your device before your next session.

    Step 2: You can use your web browser from any computer, tablet or smartphone instead of the app. Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and go to https://app.televerohealth.com and enter your username and password.

*** IMPORTANT REMINDER ***

Beginning July 8, 2022: If you are currently using the Televero App on an Apple or Android device, please make sure you have updated the app to the latest version in the Apple store or Google Play Store on your device before logging in for your next session.
