How To Join Your Online Therapy Session
Beginning November 27, 2023 you will need to install Zoom. Once installed, all appointments can be accessed through a one-click secure link.
The instructions to install Zoom are are in the video below.
If you already have zoom installed, please make sure you keep it updated to the latest version.
Once you have installed Zoom, you can join your session from any computer, tablet, or smartphone by simply clicking on the link you receive in your appointment confirmations and reminders.
You will receive reminders and instructions after your appointment is scheduled. You will receive your link in text and email about 24-hours before your scheduled appointment time.
For security purposes, after clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter your last name and date of birth to join your session. If your last name and date of birth do not work, please contact us immediately for assistance.
You can also access your appointments through the patient portal at TeleveroHealth.com/Portal
STEP 2: You may be prompted to enable your video camera and microphone.
Be sure to check the box “always allow” and “remember this device” if you are prompted and save that setting.
STEP 3: Finally you will wait for your provider to join your therapy session. When they have joined your session, you will then click “Join Call.”
