Robert E. Feinstein, MD

Dr. Feinstein is Televero Health’s Medical Director and a nationally recognized academic psychiatrist. He holds a faculty appointment at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and is trained in six forms of psychotherapy. As both a practicing psychopharmacologist and seasoned educator, he has supervised every mental health discipline across every stage of training. With more than 100 publications and multiple books to his name, Dr. Feinstein brings unparalleled clinical wisdom and leadership to our team—and to your care.
Victor M. Gonzalez Jr., MD
Psychiatrist | Geriatric Psychiatry | Medical Educator
Dr. Gonzalez leads with empathy and precision. A South Texas native and Duke-educated chemist turned physician, he trained at UT Dell Medical School (Chief Resident) and UT Health San Antonio (Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship). He has delivered inpatient and outpatient care across a broad range of settings and currently serves as Associate Program Director for the TIGMER Psychiatry Residency. His approach is grounded in collaboration and respect—tailoring treatment to each patient’s values and preferences.
Joseph Kugler, MD

A graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch and Yale-trained in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Dr. Kugler brings exceptional insight into complex medical-psychiatric intersections. He is passionate about proactive care, psychoneuroimmunology, catatonia, and preventive psychiatry. Formerly a UT Austin-Dell Medical School faculty leader, he now brings academic rigor and compassionate care to every patient interaction, with a focus on real-world outcomes and evidence-based practice.
Eva Studer, MD
Psychiatrist | Global Mental Health | Public Health Leadership
Dr. Studer is board-certified in psychiatry and trained in the UCSF HEAL Global Mental Health Fellowship. Her work spans Nepal, Mexico, the Navajo Nation, and Texas—and her care reflects a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and cross-cultural healing. Patients age 16 and up receive thoughtful, informed care from a physician who understands the human stories behind every diagnosis. Dr. Studer combines clinical skill with a global perspective to help patients rediscover strength in themselves.
Dan Daylamani, MD
Psychiatrist | Trauma & Integrated Health
Dr. Dan Daylamani is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and is the newest addition to the Televero psychiatry staff. He completed a B.A. in psychology at Columbia University, post-baccalaureate premedical studies at Harvard, and both medical school and psychiatry residency at the University of Texas. Dr. Daylamani has worked in a variety of outpatient psychiatric settings and is passionate about bringing the highest quality, evidence-based clinical care to the field of telepsychiatry. His interests include trauma-related disorders and the interface between physical health and mental health.
Seth McGowan, MD
Psychiatrist | Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychiatry | Clinical Educator
Dr. Seth McGowan is a Columbia-trained psychiatrist who has been serving patients since 2002 and teaching psychiatry residents for more than two decades. He graduated at the top of his class from the University of Rochester School of Medicine, earning Alpha Omega Alpha honors, and completed his adult and child psychiatry training at Columbia University. During residency, he received the Edward Sacher Award for clinical excellence and was selected as chief resident.
Dr. McGowan's treatment approach is highly individualized, emphasizing thoughtful collaboration and minimal use of medication—only what's truly necessary. He integrates psychodynamic principles, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, mindfulness, and other evidence-based therapeutic models into his practice to support patients of all ages.
Kevin Grabski, MD
Psychiatrist | Adult Psychiatry, Psychotherapy & Complex Mental Health
Dr. Kevin Grabski is a board-certified psychiatrist based in Austin, Texas, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings in Texas, Washington, and New Zealand. He completed medical school at UTMB in Galveston, followed by a psychiatry residency at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin. He currently splits his time between private practice, a community mental health clinic, and Televero Health. Dr. Grabski is currently enrolled in post-graduate psychodynamic psychotherapy training through the Houston Psychoanalytic Institute.
His areas of focus include general adult psychiatry, psychotherapy, anxiety and depressive disorders, serious and chronic mental illness such as bipolar and psychotic disorders, PTSD and trauma with training in CPT, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, climbing at the gym, and being outdoors.
Linda Cliff, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Psychotherapy for All Ages
Linda Cliff, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 30 years of experience in hospital systems and private practice. She brings warmth, skill, and insight to every session. She works with children, teens, and adults starting at age 8, helping individuals and families navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges related to health conditions or family dynamics. She believes in building on each person's strengths and guiding them toward the goals they have for themselves—because everyone deserves to feel better.
Stephanie Taylor, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | Holistic Psychiatry Across the Lifespan
Stephanie Taylor, PMHNP, is an experienced nurse practitioner with over eight years of clinical practice, including recent work leading an inpatient geriatric consultation service focused on memory disorders. She is passionate about providing psychiatric care across all ages and emphasizes a holistic, individualized approach. Stephanie takes the time to understand each person’s unique needs and works closely with patients and their support systems to create thoughtful, person-centered care plans.
