Registration for All TVH Participants
There is no registration form or fee for employees of TVH. CE credit will be given based on attendance of each seminar automatically taken virtually by TEAMS during each presentation.
Registration for Other Participants Not Employed by TVH
Participants must complete a one-time registration form and pay the fee of $1000 for the entire series. CE credits will be given based on attendance taken virtually by TEAMS during the presentation of each seminar.
Program Description
This monthly education series is offered to LPCs and a multidisciplinary mental health team to foster mental health care in collaboration with our primary care partners (Our primary mission). We seek to raise the quality of counseling intervention utilized and integrated with psychiatric treatment. We will be providing psychotherapy interventions and use of evidence-based psychotherapies integrated with reviews of psychiatric treatment guidelines for major psychiatric and substance use disorders. We emphasize multidisciplinary team-based delivery of mental health services with our primary care partners and community resources.
Program Learning Objectives
After completing the program participants will be able to:
- Utilize integrated assessment, diagnosis, and multi-modal treatments for the common major psychiatric and substance use disorders.
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapies and strategic psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to our diverse multicultural patient populations.
- Work and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary mental health team including close collaboration with our primary care partners and multiple community resources.

Continuing Education Credit Available
1 NBCC LPC Credit hour (CE) for each lecture/month. Participants will receive a Certification of Completion covering the total number of CE credits for all seminars attended. A maximum of 10 CE credits is available for this series. This monthly series is offered on the second Tuesday of every month at 8:00 CST from Dec 2024 to Sept 2025.
